1/3 cup distilled vinegar
1/2 cup coarse grained mustard
2 tsps sugar
1/8 teaspoon cardamom
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup fresh dill finely chopped
Whisk together vinegar, mustard, sugar & cardamom. Add oil in a stream and whisk until emulsified. Just before serving, add fresh dill.
